1toFIX & KochiToon Construction, Repair and Maintenance Materials

KochiToon Innovations BV presents a number of natural and half- natural fillers/surfacers, sealants and glues.

All of these products have the following core properties:

- vapor-permeable;

- an open composition, which means they can be mixed with all kinds of both inert (such as masonry/ river sand, wood sawdust, marble powder, pigments and the like) and chemically active (such as lime, Portland cement and the like) fillers, which is advantageous both for users and the building elements.

Due to these properties, 1toFIX products are known as material-integrating – i.e. their properties match the materials to which they are applied (wood, stone, metal, concrete, and the like).

Significantly, moisture accumulation in porous materials is no longer an issue! As a consequence, there is practically no rot and destruction of the materials.

The general instructions regarding the application of 1toFIX products read as follows:

- rub in the first contact layer thoroughly;

- fill up until a noticeable bulge appears;

- (for sealants only) smoothen with a wettened palette knife, filling knife or piece of plastic, keeping the tool parallel to the surface.
