The photos below were taken on November 23, 2015—more than two years after the paintwork was completed.
I would like to emphasize that all previous epoxy fillers and sealants, which trapped moisture and caused extensive damage to the wood and concrete, were first meticulously removed from all joints, cracks, and connections (see the previous photos for the initial damage). Everything was then bonded, filled, and repaired using nothing but 1toFIX All-purpose Filler.
As you can see, there are only two minor, barely visible hairline cracks: one at the bottom joint of the right window frame, and one at the top right edge of the front door's weather strip. Even these are completely harmless. Because 1toFIX All-purpose Filler is a breathable, vapor-permeable product, any moisture entering through these tiny cracks evaporates quickly—as proven by the dry wood surrounding the joint. The rest of the fillings and seals remain completely intact, without a single crack in sight!
