This is an example of a property where the balcony woodwork has suffered severe wood rot.

1. Rotted wood removed, see the photos below

3. The remaining wood is primed with 1toFIX Primer&Coat, see the photos below

4. The holes and gaps are filled with 1toFIX All-purpose Filler Plus, see the photos below

5. The 1toFIX All-purpose Filler Plus was sanded with 40-grit sandpaper, see the photos below 

6. The 1toFIX All-purpose Filler Plus was fine-finished with 1toFIX Fine Fill & Seal, see the photos below
